7. TERMS OF INVESTING
Investment Policy
You may not invest more than three (3) times consecutively in the same plan.
After three investments in the same plan, you must upgrade to the next level.
The Elite Plan unlocks all plans for new investment cycles.
Failure to upgrade will limit you to capital and profit returns from a maximum of three investments only.
You are welcome to hold multiple investments under the same plan, provided each investment is for a different amount. Our system also allows up to three active investments to run simultaneously, each with its own payout schedule. This gives you greater flexibility and the opportunity to maximise your earning potential with Vanpoint Technologies
WITHDRAWAL CLAUSE
When requesting a withdrawal, eligibility for withdrawing more than 30% of your invested amount is only granted on your third consecutive investment of the same accumulating amount. This policy ensures consistency, account stability, and long-term portfolio growth for all our clients.
Please note that withdrawals can only be made for the full investment amount and accumulated profits after the third investment cycle. However, you are allowed to withdraw the profits accummulated and leave the capital running.
Withdrawing before this stage will result in your account being closed within 24 hours and will incur a penalty of forfeiting all generated profits. However, you will receive a 10% incentive based on the total amount invested. We kindly ask all investors to adhere to these terms, as they will be implemented across all accounts.
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, a standard processing period of up to 72 hours applies. This allows our finance team to verify and securely release your funds.Kindly note that withdrawals or access to profits are not permitted until the investment plan has reached its maturity date. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every transaction is handled with utmost efficiency and care.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding.
ACCOUNT CLOSURE
Once your full investment amount and profits have been disbursed, your account will automatically close within 24 hours.
ACCOUNT CONDUCT
Joint accounts are not permitted.
Each investor may maintain only one investment account.
Vanpoint Technologies reserves the right to terminate accounts violating this policy without notice.
KYC & COMPLIANCE
Investments will only commence after successful completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and receipt of written confirmation from us.
FEE'S AND TRANSACTIONS
Vanpoint Technologies does not charge withdrawal fees. However, clients are responsible for any external bank or payment service provider fees incurred during fund transfers.
CLIENT CONDUCT
All clients are expected to maintain respectful communication.
Inappropriate behavior including harassment, discrimination, or abuse may result in immediate termination of your agreement.
